Have you always been a Holden guy? (Posted by Matt)
I've always been a fan of GM cars, particularly 50's-60's US stuff and 70's Holdens. My first car was actually a Ford but shhh... dont tell anyone!!

What's been the hairiest moment while racing in the NZ V8's (posted by Howard)
Well there's been no shortage of those!! I think trying to pass Kayne Scott for the lead on the outside of Pukekohe's famous sweeper with both cars ending up in a in a full opposite-lock drift and vitually on the grass was definitely one of the more 'exciting' moments..... and the pass stuck!!!

Are you in to racing games?. 1 of game I like to play is rfactor. and there is a New Zealand V8 mod for it. ( yes the big ben pies commodore in it ) http://www.fvrfactor.com/ the mod is is the downloads. you can also get tracks by signing up at http://www.rfactorcentral.com/index.cfm . and look in the Oceania tracks. last track added is 1967 Bathurst. there is even a Bathurst Legends mod in the touring car page. And you can get the game from here http://www.vrconcepts.co.nz/index.php or at www.rfactor.net (Posted by Ricky)
Hi, thanks for the heads up, that's awesome that there's an NZV8 mod available for the game!!
To answer your question, yes I do enjoy racing games, in fact they're about the only games that interest me.....when I have time!! I'm going to go check out this Rfactor mod now :-)

Is there chance of you doing Bathurst one day? (posted by Brian)
There's a chance attached to everything Brian!! I'd love to drive at the mountain and whilst I've had a few chances in the past we didnt't feel they were the right opportunites to take. My No1 focus is the NZV8's but I'm definitely looking to line up on the grid at Bathurst sometime soon!

Hope you are all ok after the crash in chch. That was one hell of a hit.How did the care fare? (posted by Brent)
Thanks Brent, yes all ok mate (well as ok as I ever was!). The car wasn't looking too pretty but remarkably there's virtually no structural damage and it will be all set to go for the next round.

What is your favourite track to race on? (posted by Ashleigh)

Internationally nothing compares to the Nurbugring in Germany! Here in NZ, I really enjoy sheer flat out thrill of Pukekohe and the Hamilton street track is a lot of fun too!

Do you have a facebook and if so can i add you as a friend (posted by Matthew)
Hi Matt, yes there is now an Andy Booth Racing facebook page so please go ahead and add yourself as a 'Fan' :-)

Hi Andy.Went and saw you race at Timaru.First 2 races not all that succesful for you but last race 3rd place was a better way to finish the round. How do you honestly feel about the reverse grid?.Good for the drivers who have not had the best of results in previous 2 races but hard on the drivers who have been up front for previous 2 races.Do you think the reverse grid racing will continue in the next few seasons? (posted by Brent)
Yes a funny old weekend at Timaru! I've never made any secret of my dislike for the reverse grid races, mostly because they're a totally manipulated result and go against the whole idea of competition. I'd like to see them go but that's not my decision. If they must stay then perhaps they should only be worth half the points of the other 2 races?

how long have you been a holden driver 4?? (posted by Caitlin)
I've been racing Holden's ever since I came back to race in NZ way back in 2001!

hi andy remember me from donnington 1998,threw up in back of car.nice to see you are doing well.looking a bit older time goes quick.all the best andy from kevin.
Hey Kevin, How's the car sickness these days??
Well that was 12 years ago so I guess I can cope with looking a bit older! ha ha :-)
